Labai geras ir įvairus maistas. Buvom dvi savaites - tai tikrai neįkirėjo. Viešbutis nudrožtas, kambarys labai pigiai ir tuščiai įrengtas. Vaikams patiko vandens pramogos, futbolo aikštelė, vaikų kambariukas

Neatnaujintas, nelabai kaip tvarkingai valydavo

Patiko viešbučio aplinka,patiko baseinas savo dydžiu ir forma.Skanus maistas ir gėrimai.Malonus ir dėmesingi viešbučio darbuotojai.Registraturos darbuotojai operatyviai aptarnauja viešbučio svečius,greitai apiformina dokumentus ir suteikia reikiamą informaciją.Neblogos vakaro programos, ypač pop muzikos atlikėjų.Iki Corralejo centro galima nueiti per 20 min.Iki artimiausio paplūdimio tarp 20-30 minučių.Puikus viešbučio kambariai.

Viešbučio personalas draugiškas,visada suteiks reikiamą informaciją.Grazi viešbučio aplinka, nemažai įvairių medžių, įvairios žalumos.Skanus maistas, daug daržovių, vaisių,skani kava, geras alus.Geri viešbučio teritorijoje esantys baseinai,daug gultų.Visur švaru.Iki miestelio centro eiti apie 20 minučių,iki paplūdimio irgi apie 20min.Artimiausia parduotuvę kurią radome, reikėjo eiti iki 10 min nuo viešbučio.Vakarais vyko įvairūs pramoginiai renginiai.Dienos metu viešbučio organizatoriai organizuodavo viešbučio svečiams įvairius žaidimus.

Staff were very friendly, always a hello and a smile, food was very good, a large choice, the small Italian restaurant was excellent. Short or no queue for the bars, the pools were good and the whole place was very clean.

Same food - no variety, kind of old and damaged facility : walls, pool tiles, toilets, etc

Great display of variety of foods for all meals. Breakfast was the best, sometimes lunch and dinner was repetitive. Kids' club staff were so kind and nice events put on for the kids. Common area was kept really clean and pools were spotless with a deep clean carried out each morning which was welcomed.

My experience was affected by misleading information regarding the apartment's bed setup. When booking, I selected the option for three single beds, as I was traveling with a child and adult and needed separate sleeping arrangements. However, upon arrival, I found that the room was set up with two single beds in the bedroom and a sofabed in the kitchen, which was not what I had expected or chosen. I was also charged €157 extra for this option when in theory it was the same had I selected "sofabed". The booking description did not make it clear that there was a distinction between the bedroom and living room area. This caused some confusion, as I was led to believe that I would have the three single beds within the same room, rather than the setup I received. Other hotels in the area make the clear distinction that there is a bedroom with X beds and a living area / kitchen with a sofabed. Unfortunately this hotel did not show the difference. When I pointed this out to reception staff when leaving I was told to take it up with booking.com! When I asked the staff member that day about the incorrect bed situation, she kindly showed me a two bedroom apartment and for an extra €15 a day it could be ours but upon viewing it was a poolside apartment which we didn't want and wasn't aswell maintained as they apartment we were first given. While the hotel itself was generally pleasant, I was disappointed with the inaccurate room description, which led to unnecessary inconvenience during my stay. I hope the hotel updates its listings to avoid confusion for future guests. The kids club gate was not closed each time - it was dependent on staff who were on. Also the adult outdoor gym is in the same vicinity as the area of the kids club and it's not appropriate that adults can come in and workout next to the kids club. Adult's games of archery took place with many arrows flying around while kids club was on.

Sunbeds were taken really early in the morning, if you missid it , where no free sunbeds. Only 1 pool, children’s pool, was heated. Terrible wifi!

Hôtel familial calme. Le personnel est à l'écoute de la clientèle. Nourriture variée et bonne. Bonne situation géographique dans un village très agréable.

La clientèle étant surtout allemande la nourriture l'est aussi. J'aurais apprécié un peu de plat espagnol.

La situation de l'hôtel. Proche des dunes, des plages et des commerces. Les chambres ont été repeintes et la literie changée. L'amabilité du personnel.

Nourriture assez peu variée (peu de légumes) un peu trop de plats fast food. Si l'on souhaite un peu de repos et de calme éviter de venir durant les vacances scolaires...
